Hello and Goodbye for Now~!

Hey everyone! My blog won't be ending permanently at all, sorry if the title scared you ehehe. I, however, will be off in Greece, Italy, and France until July! I'm incredibly excited about it!! I'm also sorry I haven't made a post in a few weeks ;A;! I've been really busy balancing preparing for this trip and hanging out with friends while I still have time to! I'm officially on summer vacation now, but things are still really hectic. Anyways, I'll go ahead and share some things that are probably way overdue here~! A few pictures from the end of the school year and all that ;v;. I don't have many pictures from my summer so far because I've mostly been at theme parks and bringing a camera on a roller coaster is just implausible hahahah! sorry about that ;u;~ 

I don't think I ever did share any prom photos! 

My prom dress and everything~ I went with friends but im not sure if they'd want me to post their pictures so this is the only one I can show ;u;.

I recently got my hair cut too! It was only a few inches, but my hair was starting to grow out and I don't think I can handle it any longer haha

My older brother graduated recently too! Since he's not too fond of being conspicuous, I figured I would attend his ceremony looking a bit more normal ;u;

It's really different for me!

I also spent time at Universal Studios in Orlando, this summer! I don't have any pictures from the park, but this was my outfit for going out to play~

Other than that, I've been trying to get the cutest travel supplies that I could. Because I'm going with the People to People organization, there's a dress code that I have to meet, so I can't wear any skirts shorter than mid thigh length. Thats pretty much all of my skirts! And I recently discovered that I'm completely uncomfortable in pants and will probably never wear them again! ahh what to do! Luckily I'm okay with shorts, but it was so hard to find mid thigh shorts ;A; 

How did I do? can you tell I'm letting blues into my wardrobe? I also needed walking shoes (Tea Party's won't cut it) so I got both a white and black pear ;u;! While I was shopping for them with my mom, she kept  telling me how odd it was that I literally picked the same types of shoes she wore when she was my age~ hehehe!I even found a pair of pink scrunchy socks, which is great because mine really need to be swapped out. 

Also I went to take my senior pictures today! I've been sorta discontent with my outfits lately since I've been letting them get too casual for my taste, so I really dressed up!

And that's that for now! I'll try to schedule a post for when I'm overseas, but I'm not sure if I'll have time to! Departure is in 4 days, so there's not a whole lot of time for anything ;A;. You better believe I'll return with tons of pictures though ;v;!!

Shopping' Baby! Lots of Outfits~☆

Hey everyone~! Summer is almost here and I'm super excited about school almost being out!! We only have Tomorrow, and three half days of finals until summer vacation starts~! Lately I've been busy with AP tests and reviews one after the other, so that's why posting has been so insanely sparse, but I did find a little time in between everything to go shopping a little bit~! I also have quite a few outfits to show you and a really exciting announcement to make on here~

I've revealed it everywhere else a while ago, and realized that for some reason I never mentioned it here! But this summer, I'll be going with People To People on a Student Ambassadors trip to Greece, Italy, and France for 20 days!! I've been excited out of my mind for it recently, and in part that's what I've been shopping for ;u;! I've always dreamed about traveling the world and going everywhere I possibly could so having this actually happen so soon is so crazy and so exciting! Sadly, this means I won't be able to blog all the time while I'm there, but I'll definitely have a lot to update you on afterwards!

 But that's not really what I really wanted to post about so I'll get to the pictures of my recent purchases and outfits! ;u;!

So first off, Last weekend I went shopping with my friend in order to find some T-shirts and shorts for my trip, as well as a graduation dress for her! I wasn't expecting getting much of anything since my stomping ground is more 2nd hand and thrift stores than anything else, but I did buy this because how in the world was I supposed to resist? It was also discounted!!

ehehehe I forgot i took this picture with my new yugioh~ deck box next to it;; I found that at the thrift store for 15 cents!

We went thrifting the next day and I found some really kickbutt goodies! though I didn't find a whole lot~

A wonderful and perfect large pink hooded jacket, pink sweatshirty-t-shirty like thing (ahahahaa), A perfect mint skirt, and a pastel blue pleated skirt! I got a purple shiny belt for uchuu kei and a caboodle-like thingermabob!

I say caboodle-like because I can't find the brand on this anywhere, but it might as well be one! haha~

and now for a ton of outfits!! I haven't really been taking pictures as often as I used to, since I've been repeating and going lazy for school and stuff, so even though its been a lonnng time, I don't have too much to show! Sorry!

☆30 Day Fairy Kei Challenge Days 19 and 20☆

Hey there everyone~! I am really sorry about seemingly abandoning this blog for such a long time! It's the last few weeks of school, which of course means I have several projects, constant tests, AP exams, and all sorts of boring school related work to do! Prom was this past weekend as well, and I went with some friends, so I've been busy getting ready for that for a while! Speaking of which, let me know if yo would like to see any prom photos here! I probably won't post them unless you would like me to ;u;.

But anyways, it's just been an extremely chaotic month! I haven't done much of anything interesting lately at all so there hasn't been anything to blog about, plus I've just been super school busy and its been awful hahaha.Oh well! I'm back now, though I will be officially switching to weekly posts for a while, since I've been doing that anyways!

Well, since I was gone for sooo long, and feel bad about not having at least an image post, have some more 30 day challenge goodness! ;u;!

☆ Day nineteen: 5 of your favorite toys.

Oh man, this is fun! It was a total blast to go through all of my stuffed animals and goodies to find my favorites ;u;~

I love my magic wand! I twirl it and mess with it all the time haha! I even take it with me sometimes because it'll match an outfit ;u;! for sure my absolute favorite~

This little telephone that I thrifted is so cute and fun haha! It really reminds me of something that would be shown off in the Spank! stores. ;u; I love picking up the receiver and just saying random phrases, and if I'm chilling in my room I do it all the time for some reason haha! It's just fun ;u;.

Third is definitely this super sweet baby Cheer Bear that Caylee got for me!! I love this sweetie so much!

This cash register!! I found it a while ago at a thrift store, and I've kept accessories in it since ;u; I love that it makes a "Ka-ching!" sound when you press the button to open it~

And do scented bubbles count as a toy? Too bad if not! sometimes My friends will blow the bubbles And I'll have to pop them with my magic wand, which I am not very good at! It's always pretty funny ahaha

☆ Day twenty: What do you see in Fairy-Kei in general in the next 5 years?

I totally see it straying more from where it is now, maybe in a completely wild and care free way! It's already such a super free style, that I wouldn't be surprised to see it branch out further and further ;u;. Its already more or less limitless, so I think it's got a lot of potential to totally expand ;u;! I don't have any solid predictions, but that's why it's so fun ;v;!!

Craft time~! Majokko☆Bag!

Hey everyone~! I've been excited about this post for a while~! I meant to do this over the weekend so that I could make a post by Sunday afternoon, but my weekend turned out to be pretty busy, so I didn't get to finish this until earlier today! So what is it I'm talking about anyways? It's actually a school project, believe it or not! I take a Fashion Marketing class at school, and our most recent project is to design a tote bag! there are other more school-y parts to the assignment, but all I really wanted to show you was the finished tote bag ;v;!

Ta da~! This is the front~ the "Majoko" Text means Magical Girl in Japanese ;u;. I decided to romanize it because I like the look better~. I originally wanted to put two K's in, since I'm pretty sure that's more correct, but I just didn't have enough room for it. I'm still okay with just one K there anyways, since I think it looks cool haha.

and the back~! Whenever I draw out 'Millions of Bows' it ends up looking pretty much like that~

Since I really don't do a whole lot of painting or coloring (traditional or digital haha) in general, this is a little bit rough around the edges, but I'm still proud of it ;u;! So here are a few close ups~

☆Silver Stars and Crop Tops☆

Hi everyone! This is just a pretty quick post of something I did yesterday~! A friend of mine came over, and while we were hanging out in my room suddenly I was struck with the urge to finally remake a too big T-shirt I got while thrifting into an uchuu kei style crop top! I had meant to do this for the longest time, but lately I've hardly been able to craft of sew anything for myself! It was nice to get the feeling of 'Warm up that sewing machine and get going' again, and I'll hopefully be more motivated to craft and sew more and more often from now on for both myself and my shop, since I've got a lot of materials piled up now~! 

Anyways~

That's what I made~! It was made for uchuu kei, which even though I have a master post coming up to explain more completely I'll explain a little bit here, which is a style that draws inspiration from the ideas of popkei and outer space alien cuties! Think stars, planets, metallic, neon, and anything a particularly stylish alien would wear! Since I've been dying to expand my collection of uchuu related goodies, I sketched this out somewhere (probably on school notes;;) and had wanted to do it for the longest time before I finally did it hahaha. Also, if you're wondering, the holographic stars are actually made from paper from a gift bag I had! It was more or less an experiment to see if it would look weird on clothes, but I like it and figure I can hand wash or not wear it enough to wash it anyways, so it's all good~!

Hello~! Updates and Spring Break!

Hello everyone! I'm sorry it's been so long! I haven't posted at all this week and I really hate that I've had to leave this blog alone for so long ;^;! I was actually on spring break this past week, and went on vacation with my family. I thought that we would have internet there, but it turned out we didn't! I did mean to make a blog post before we left but there were problems with my internet connection here and it never worked out ;^;! On the bright side though, I did have a fun time on vacation and took some pictures before we left and while I was there ;v;~!

Usually for Spring Break my family has gone to the same place to spend the break ;v;. It's a small beach town in Florida, close-ish to Panama City, but not quite there. I actually really dislike going to the beach all the time so every year I end up super bored and watching way too many movies and eating a ton of not so healthy food. It's usually like any regular break off of school, but more boring because I don't get to hang out with friends or anything. Last break, I was lucky enough to vacation with friends of mine instead, so I didn't have to go which means that this year, I was looking forward to it just a little! I wanted to share some pictures from thing's I've done recently and things I've bought and so on since I only took one picture while I was there hahaha! Since I had no internet connection anyways, I mostly just turned my phone off and went with whatever was going on. anyways on to updates and pictures and all of that ;u;~

First off, I don't think I showed you my March nails yet! I did these for Momocon earlier in the month, and they're not my favorite but I liked them ;v;.

I actually went with my mom to a nail salon before we left and got a manicure~! I almost never go to salons since I enjoy doing my own nails, so this is a fun kinda change for me ;v;. 

I got a pretty cute cover up for the beach too, and put together a beach spring break-y outfit before I left haha

Recently, I picked up reading again, after three years or so of only reading school-assigned books. Since I had a week on the beach I picked up and borrowed some reading material~ I brought a lot of old books that I loved too and ended up reading six books over the vacation! I even bought two more books while I was over there aha

that pretty much sums up my break haha. Basically I read a ton,Went on bike rides, ate seafood for the first time in a really long time, and had a great time hanging out with my family ;v;! I did really miss having internet access though ;A;!
